2020 Mens SMS Program

Program Description
By opting into the 2020 Mens SMS Program, you agree to receive SMS messages regarding retail promotions, discounts, order updates, product launches, appointment notifications, restock alerts, customer support messages, and other marketing or service-related communications from 2020 Mens. Message frequency varies based on user engagement and seasonal campaigns.


Opt-Out Instructions

You can cancel the SMS service at any time.
Text “STOP” to 718-530-5056.

After sending “STOP,” you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from 2020 Mens unless you opt in again.


Rejoin Instructions

To resume receiving messages after opting out, simply opt in again through any 2020 Mens signup method. Messaging will automatically restart once you re-enroll.

Some promotional campaigns or sweepstakes may require additional disclosures.

By participating in the SMS program, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including the TCPA, CTIA guidelines, and all carrier requirements. Sending prohibited or restricted content may result in immediate program removal.


T-Mobile Sev-0 Prohibited Content Notice

Effective February 15, 2024, T-Mobile enforces mandatory fines for prohibited messaging across all A2P channels—including short code, toll-free, and 10DLC:

Tier 1 – $2,000 per violation
Phishing, smishing, fraud, social engineering.

Tier 2 – $1,000 per violation
Illegal content (must be legal federally and in all 50 states).

Tier 3 – $500 per violation
Any additional prohibited content including SHAFT:
• Sex
• Hate
• Alcohol (without age gate)
• Firearms
• Tobacco

Violations may result in suspension of messaging, blocking by carriers, and fines passed through by the platform.
